We are proud to announce that Newport Beach Vacation Properties recently merged with the oldest and most trusted property management company on the Balboa peninsula, Burr White Realty.

The history of Burr White is long and storied.  In the same location at 2901 Newport Boulevard for over 55 years, Burr White Realty has flourished, innovating and adapting to new technologies while navigating the city’s evolution from sleepy beach town to haven for the rich and famous.  In 1997, the White family sold out to Craig Batley and Joan Trout who shepherded Burr White Realty into the 21st century, bringing technology and sophistication to what was essentially a mom and pop industry.  Over a period of 8 years, Burr White Realty grew larger than all of its competition combined and today remains the largest operator of vacation rentals on the Balboa Peninsula.  Burr White Realty has both property management clients and returning visitors that span generations and we are proud to continue to serve our beloved clients and share in the beauty and history of Newport Beach.

First opening its doors in 2007, Newport Beach Vacation Properties is owned and operated by Craig’s sons Aaron and Alex Batley and their partner, Arthur Dorr.  All three owners were born and raised in Newport Beach, lifeguarded its beaches, and feel blessed to be able to share their passion for Newport Beach with their diverse clientele.  Aaron and Alex Batley look forward to applying their expertise and business practices to the continuing legacy of Burr White Realty.
