Newport Coast

Newport Coast is an affluent community of Newport Beach situated just to the south of Corona Del Mar and just to the north of Crystal Cove. Home to the world famous Pelican Hill Golf Club, this master planned community consists entirely of gated subdivisions.  There is a shopping center with Pavillions market as it's anchor tenant as well as small shops and restaurants for locals to grab a quick bite.  There is a public elementary school, a private high school, a community park and recreation center, pool, and clubhouse, and access to hiking trails through neighboring Crystal Cove State Park.
