Once you find a parking spot, or maybe you’re able to walk, scout out your spot on the sand. Newport Beach is large and wide so you will never be elbow to elbow with you neighbors. Set up your umbrella, lay out your towels and breathe in the salty air. You might be feeling adventurous and want to run down to the water and duck under the first wave you see. The water is cool and refreshing, but the warm air and sunshine will immediately warm you up. As you sit in your beach chair, revel in the feeling of total relaxation.
