This two story 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath front house has a generous master bedroom facing the bay front, with plenty of windows to capture the essence of island living. The other two guest bedrooms each have their own bathrooms to complete the upstairs living space. Downstairs there is a spacious living room with a dining area just off the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen contains all the essentials with direct access to the garage close by. There is an oversized one car garage with a washer and dryer included in the space. Located off the garage on the street is an extra oversized parking spot. The back unit is a loft style, with 2 bedrooms on the upper level, with a view of the harbor out the floor to ceiling windows of the unit. 2 full baths in the unit, one in the master bedroom and the other downstairs near the full kitchen and open living area. There is a 1 car garage, including a washer and dryer at the foot of the stairs of the entry of the home. The garage can also be accessed through a stairway with access from the dining area of the unit.

Explore the beach on the Balboa Peninsula via the ferry off Agate Ave. The Balboa Village and Balboa Pier are also a short ferry ride away. On the Balboa Peninsula you can relax along the pristine beaches, go surfing nearby, check out the Balboa Fun Zone, and grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants. The walkability of the property is excellent, and the premises is a close stroll away from the Marine Ave. shops and restaurants that make Balboa Island a worldwide vacation destination.

Had the family there for 5 days and enjoyed every minute.
Would like to see an earlier check-in, and later check out, such as in by 2:00, out by 12:00p.m. When that many people are staying for a period of time, and you need to be out by 10:00 a.m., that's a little difficult.

We do apologize that the check in and check out times were a little difficult for you, we would have loved to honor an early check in and late check out if it worked with our cleaners and inspectors schedules, but unfortunately we did not receive any requests. The reason we have these fairly common check in and check out times is to ensure that our cleaners and inspectors have plenty of time to make sure our homes are all ready for our guests. It allows us time to address any issues left from previous guests as well. If a home is ever ready earlier than the time of check in, we will always notify our guests so they can start enjoying their vacation immediately! Stay at Balboa

Above and beyond our expectations. One of our best family vacations. The layout of the home was perfect. It was so easy to watch the kids on the beach. Close to public dock and the kids had a blast fishing. Short walk to frozen bananas. Great restaurants close by.

The house was beautiful, spacious and in the perfect location. Great patio and beautiful view from the master bedroom. We very much enjoyed our trip and would stay here again. The cleaning prior to our arrival could have been better (kitchen trash needed emptying, baby bottle with milk found under a bed, etc.), but it didn't take away from our stay. Also, not the fault of this home's owner, but the people staying in the house across the street were extremely loud one night until about midnight. However, overall, we loved staying here and recommend it.

This house was so amazing we had our own private beach right out the front door passed the boardwalk! The house was beautiful and the accommodations perfect.
It fit us very well party a party of 9 a couple kids. The house has easy access to Newport and Irvine.
