This home is "as is" and not updated budget friendly 3 bedroom, 2 bath lower unit located just steps away from the beach has a short walk to Newport pier, shops, and restaurants. Perfect for a family vacation by the beach in the heart of Newport Beach.

There is a large living room with 2 couches and a wall mounted flat screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the sand. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and a full bed, the second guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. These guest bedrooms share a full bath in the hall with a tub/shower combination and an exterior access door for après beach clean-up.

Roomy enough to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner, the open kitchen features updated counters and a full range of appliances. Large cabinets provide plenty of storage space. Enjoy meals together and share the day's adventures in the spacious dining area.

This unit has a roomy front patio with a BBQ, table, chairs and umbrella. The large, shared side patio is great for storing bikes and beach gear. A coin-op washer and dryer used by both units is in the laundry room, just off the patio and there is parking for one car in the single bay garage along with some extra storage.

Favorite Beach House

This beach house is perfect. The location is amazing! You are within walking distance to the beach, the store, restaurants, and shopping. The front patio is a great place to sit in the morning and evening. The gated side area for your bikes and beach gear is a bonus you won't find at many beach houses.

Favorite Newport Rental

This property is our favorite. This was our 14th time staying here. Location is great but the size of the property is what really makes it a perfect spot for a large group. The gated side yard to store all your beach gear and bikes plus parking for 4-5 cars is something you can't find at other rentals. The kitchen, bathrooms and flooring have all been upgraded and all the basics you may need are there. We will definitely be back next year.

Favorite Newport Beach Rental

We have stayed at the rental for several years now and just love the location and size. We rent both Units A & B to accommodate our large group. The side yard and extra parking are a bonus you can't find at other rentals. There have been upgrades to the rental every year that we have stayed which makes it nice and worth the cost.
