NB Vacation Properties was very communicative via text. When we questioned if the fireplaces worked they sent someone over to repair them immediately. Can't say enough good things about the management company and the property. The property was easy to access, clean upon arrival, and remodeled. We especially loved the patio table with firepit in the center while we bbq's some steaks on the patio.

This was a perfect place for our family of 6 to stay while visiting Newport Beach. It was extremely clean with comfortable beds and furniture. I would definitely stay there again. It has been beautifully updated and has wonderful bathrooms. The staff was helpful and easy to deal with. A gem!

We had some changes that the renters had to deal with as it was an emergency on our end. The offering party accommodated us promptly. Everything in the house was cleaned so well that running over surfaces and floors left absolutely no marks on paper towels/cleaning rags. The offering was absolutely spacious. All amenities offered were in working order. Manuals and instructions were placed around the house. The house had a great surround sound option with great sound quality. Well worth every penny. Restaurants, bars, and shopping very close. Beach was next door. Hoping that they don’t ever get rid our your clean team because this was at the top of the list of clean places we have ever stayed in . 10 out of 10. The only negative ; we didn’t extend our stay.
