We had THE best time staying in this place! Plenty of space for our 8 adults and if we got sick of each other we just went up on the fully furnished roof and hung out. We loved barbecuing on the roof and admiring the ocean. The 2 block walk was just enough to keep us out of the busyness of the boardwalk. Burr White is great to work with...we will definitely be back!

We took an extended family of 8 to Newport Beach for 5 nights and stayed at this fantastic property. It was clean. Well stocked for cooking. Excellent beds. Walking distance to the grocery store and the beach. We took advantage of the boardwalk, pier, and local restaurants. Parking was relatively easy for the second car as well. Spent a day at Universal Studios and it was an easy 40 minute drive. The highlight though was the rooftop deck. Just a great place to hang out with your coffee in the morning or a cocktail at sunset. Would definitely recommend this property. Burr White made check in and check out very simple and provided a great list of resources we were able to take advantage of like beach equipment rentals delivered right to the property. Great place to relax and get away.

Perfect unit for a family of 5

Unit was clean and perfectly roomy for a family of 5 with teenagers. Private Rooftop BBQ/Dining area was a great plus to hang out at night. Walking distance to Pavilions and Beach and a variety of restaurants. Garage for parking was a plus since the streets were narrow and limited parking. We were pleased with our choice for our stay. Property Manager was professional and checked in on us. Only improvement would be to notify guest that access via a code is verses asking for us to arrive before 5 at rental office to pick up unit info. We were traveling from out of area and couldn't make it there by 5, so they were able to provide info via email. That would be have been our first thought verses going to pick up info. Overall, we would recommend this unit for any family traveling and wanting to stay in a great location.

BW very responsive to questions amd pleasant to deall with. The rental needs some upgrades and basic maintenance and upgrades. Needs some better lighting, inadequate light in any room to read. The curtains don't fit the sliding door. Blinds in bedrooms are rather disheveled. Could ise a permanent coffee filter in order to make first pot,or bring your Keurig cups! The second BR bed is like sleeping in a water bed

This property is in a great location for walking to beach and nearby restaurants. My overall would be a 5 instead of a 4 if the owner would just update a few things. The window blinds in the living room do not work and the slider to the front patio is hard to open and falling apart. Also please have the maid service put the linens on the beds. The guest should not have to do it. The master bed was very comfortable but my guests said the middle room bed caved in the middle.
