There is a full bathroom on the lower level as well, to the right of the front door entrance. The second level is comprised of a generously proportioned bay front master bedroom that looks out onto the water and passing yachts, the large second and third bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, are also on the second floor with their own views and balconies. Residents of this secluded isle enjoy access to several beaches for launching small watercrafts like kayaks or stand-up paddle boards. There is a quaint children's playground at the end of Via Genoa on the North side within walking distance of the home. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our return trip to this beautiful Lido Isle home. The house was spotless and included everything we needed to get settled in right away. The location can’t be beat. Right on the sand and the walkway around the island. Beautiful sunsets and the cool breeze off the water were amazing. We loved spending time on the rooftop deck with Barbecue, fire pit, couch and dining table.

Absolutely FANTASTIC home with everything you could think of for a vacation home. Our grandkids loved playing in the sand, collecting sea shells, and walking in the water. The roof top deck is incredible to watch the sunset. We will be back!!

This was our second stay at this beautiful house. Great location, super clean, and very well stocked. We walked to Lido Village everyday for coffee and breakfast, which was about a mile and a half round trip across the Lido Bridge. What a wonderful spot. We'll be back in the summer.

Our family had a great time in this beautiful and super clean house. All the amenities were there from a fully stocked kitchen and lots of towels and clean linens. The views from the huge sliding windows were amazing and we spent lots of evenings by the fire making s’mores on the roof top deck. Also a great location with Lido Village only a short walk away.
