This was a perfect location, right on the beach, clean, up to date appliances. Garage entrance is very narrow on a very narrow street, the patio entrance to the beach is difficult if you are a senior citizen, tv options are limited, and the unit could use updating. All in all, it was a great location for a wonderful beach experience.

What a wonderful time on the sand in Newport Beach. You can check the surf from the patio while enjoying your morning coffee. This house is close to all of the amenities and yet is off the board walk and is nice and quiet. This was our 18th consecutive year and we plan to return next year as well.
