Awesome location! Whole house, all rooms en-suite, fantastic master, garage space made into extra area fir fun activities like ping pong/teeteen hangout etc. Beach, bayside, Fun Zone & shops only steps away! Street was quiet, permanent neighbors seemed accepting of respectful renters. We loved having coffee on the front patio every morning! Our teens had a blast ubering to further destinations like Fashion Island Mall with ease. Duffy boat rental steps away from our place was a highlight, as was a beach bonfire! House had more beach equipment and house activities than eexpected, which was a delightful surprise! We can't wait to stay at this property again!

My family was very pleased with this home. It was clean, organized, in a fantastic location for us, had friendly neighbors, and a lot to do in the home (games, tv's, beach equipment, etc). We used the outdoor patio the entire time we were there and loved being able to sit by the fire in the evenings when it grew chilly. I'd definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Newport Beach!

Our family of 6 had a great time at this beach house! Was a quick and easy walk to the beach and even had a beach wagon and other beach supplies. Beds were comfortable and we loved the pocket door that opened the living room up to the outdoor sitting area. We would definitely book again!

We loved our stay! The beach was just across the street and we were happy to find a beach wagon full of umbrellas and other beach supplies. We loved that the living room opened up to the patio outside and every bedroom had a bathroom. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Would have been nice if there would have been some beach towels. The kitchen is well thought out with plenty of storage and the converted garage makes the entire downstairs space feel much larger. The fire pit was a huge hit as was the panoramic door. Location is great with a short stroll to the sand and an even shorter stroll to the Fun Zone.
