The master bedroom features an Eastern King bed and closet with built-ins. Ceiling fans in each bedroom circulate ocean breezes, beautiful wood flooring extends throughout the home. The master has an en suite bath, with a limestone tiled shower, marble flooring and granite sink top.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, a desk for any work you might need to complete while on holiday, and a wall-mounted 27" flat panel TV for your entertainment. The guest bathroom has a tropical feel with sandstone sink top, copper bowl, and beautiful carved wooden mirror from the tropics. The third bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed, twin over twin bunk bed, and a 27" flat panel TV. The en suite bathroom has access to the exterior courtyard with hot water shower. This bathroom has the same luxurious feel as the others, with a large tiled shower, and accent lighting that looks like natural light flowing through a seashell.

The front patio is every bit as enticing as the beautiful interior of this home. With a built-in gas BBQ, dining table, plenty of perimeter seating for everyone and a fire element, you may never want to venture out to the water's edge! The location right on the sand is ideal for families with younger children who can play in the sand in sight of adults enjoying the patio. The back patio/courtyard area has an outdoor hot and cold water shower to rinse off the sand before entering the home. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ocean front upper unit has all you need for your next vacation. With 2 large decks, one facing the ocean, with spectacular views, this home is a rare find!

The home opens up into a lovely kitchen and dining area, followed by the living area with comfortable seating and a TV. This entire living area is accompanied by wall to wall windows with immaculate views of the ocean. The wall to wall windows slide open onto a spacious deck with another dining table and a built in countertop with a sink and a gas BBQ.

The master bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bath, with spectacular ocean views from the bed and the shower! The other 2 bedrooms in the back of the unit has a queen bed in one and a bunk bed in the other. These 2 bedrooms share a hall bathroom.

There is one car parking in shared garage.

Great house and perfect location. Stayed here 2 weeks with our entire family their spouses and kids. Both units are equipped with all necesseties. Book the top unit for the views or the bottom for beach access and a great outdoor firepit.
