This 3 bedroom, 4 bath single family residence will quickly become your favorite home away from home. With a large patio right on the sand, a huge master suite and 3 designated parking spaces, this home has it all. As if the large patio right on the sand wasn’t enough, the huge master suite has a solarium with sweeping views of sunsets, the ocean, Catalina Island, Palos Verdes Peninsula and beyond. Please note the home has space heaters for those chilly beach days.

Double sliders from the front living area open out onto the sunny patio furnished with a table, six chairs and umbrella, two lounge chairs, side table and gas grill. The newly redone kitchen is fully equipped for meal prep with granite counters and side-by-side full-size SubZero refrigerator and freezer. A glass-topped table with seating for six is the ideal spot for indoor meals. A leather couch, loveseat and coffee table occupy the living nook in the corner by the fireplace.

A much larger family room upstairs has plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing - a sectional sofa, large TV, desk, queen sleeper sofa, and table with five chairs, as well as a wet bar with three stools. A bath with shower is located just outside the door in the hallway.

A washer and dryer are located in the three-car garage.

Two master bedrooms provide options for families with more than one adult couple. The downstairs master has a king bed, en suite bath and flat panel TV. Also downstairs, the third bedroom has a set of twin bunkbeds with a trundle. A full bath is steps away in the hall.

Comprising the entire upper front of the home, the huge master suite has a king bed tucked away on a platform and a newly redone en suite bath with shower and enough counter space for a diva. The sitting area has a couch, chair with ottoman, fireplace, flat panel TV, table with five chairs and there’s more! A solarium with table and chairs, two rattan couches, coffee table and endless views provides even more space for reading or just lounging on lazy summer afternoons.

Enjoy spectacular sunsets and Catalina Island views from the beachfront patio. Sip a morning cup of coffee on the sand, or in the privacy of the master suite. Some of the best memories are made around the BBQ while grilling family favorites.

With the surf right out front and Seashore Drive just behind – it couldn’t be easier to enjoy both the beach and all the other amenities the area has to offer. Options for shopping and dining abound. Travel across Coast Highway for casual eateries like Eat Chow, Spaghetti Bender or IL Barone for North Italian cuisine. Cappy’s Café is famous for breakfast – be prepared to wait in line! The Newport Pier area has seafood restaurants, taco joints and more. Upscale Lido Marina Village features shopping, fine dining at Nobu and less pricey options - get the freshest fish and chips at Circle Hook - or go to nearby Cannery Villlage for seafood at The Cannery or Bluewater Grill.

This is our second time in this house. The property is beautiful and the views are amazing. Pretty much everything you need kitchen wise is onsite. Most grocery stores deliver now so that’s really convenient. Only two negative things to mention....while everything was pretty clean all the bathrooms smell like old urine. And there was not a broom onsite either time we stayed there. We bought a broom and left it there for the next occupants. All in all it is an amazing house. Check-in and check-out was quick. 10/10 would stay there again.
