Extensive Local Knowledge
Our 3 broker/ owners define what it means to be local. Growing up in Orange County in the 1970’s and 80’s and seeing what it’s become provides not only a wealth of local knowledge but an appreciation for the history of the place they call home. All 3 were recurrent ocean lifeguards for the City of Newport Beach and so they know the geography and landscape as well as the local housing market better than anyone.
